The first photo is taken from the top of the Cologne Cathedral. This cathedral was increadable. It took about 500 years to build and the detail was everywhere. Taking the train into Cologne the town didn’t look very impressive but when you step out of the train station. There it is, the cathedral towering over head.
The second photo is in Heidelberg, One of my favorite stops on our trip. The photo is of me and Ben Tanis right outside the castle overlooking Heidelberg. It was an amazing experience walking through the castle and seeing the history of the place and how it influenced the surrounding area.
