The Koln Cathedral was one of the best pieces of architecture that I saw in Europe.Immedatly exiting the train station in Koln you see the cathedral. Taking around 500 years to build itself is an impressive thing, and just looking at the building it isn’t very hard to see why, but one of the best experiences in Koln was going to church there. The service seemed like a very traditional catholic service even though I did not understand much of what was being said I still had an Idea of what was going on and some of the passages read were very similar to what I hear in church in America. There was something great about the service there that I really liked, but is hard to put into words. Koln was one of my favorite places to visit.
